Perfect stay for our family of 5. The pool and beach are remarkably short walks away and the elevator was helpful for the youngest kids. Everyone we encountered was very nice. Very clear instructions from host. Highly recommend!

The condo was perfect for our family beach vacation and provided plenty of space for our family of 6. The unit provided everything we needed for a week stay and the proximity to the beach could not be beat. Communication before and throughout was top notch! Very nice place to stay, rained quite a bit while we were there, but it was very easy access, any questions i had received quick responses, beach and pool access were right outside our building. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful location and steps to both the beach and the pool. The condo was very comfortable, although some of the furnishings are beginning to show a little wear. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee (great Ninja coffee maker!).

Nice condo close to beach and pool

Everything was as listed. View of ocean was great, heated pool was lovely. Access to the sound was a real plus. It would have been improved by having more kitchen basics (pool safe cups, ziplocks, etc). Great stay on a great beach!

Place was very nice and clean. Being on the beach and right near the hot tub and pool was awesome. We were here for a wedding at Merrell Estates. The community center was nice for raining days and nights and having dinner with families.

Perfect.

The most convenient condo I’ve ever stayed in. So close to both the pool and the beach, with a beach locker so you don’t have to lug up wagons and canopies etc. zero complaints. Would absolutely stay here again.
