Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put trash in cans next to house and place at the of driveway when you leave.
Make sure to extinguish any fires in the fire out area. Do not burn anything other than the wood provided. No trash or plastic.
Please stay out of basement. Unless you have equipment that you need to store there.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please put the trash in the outdoor trash cans upon your departure and set them on the corner.

The property was wonderful and exactly as described. We enjoyed our weekend away and would love to come back. Any questions I had they were answered very quickly. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting in the swings even though we didn’t use the fire pit.
