Naples Island Pool House

Enjoy a fun stay in your own oasis with a private pool and hot spa! Barbecue with your family and relax at the dinning patio. Located directly on a popular main road called “2nd Street”. This is a metropolitan beach community . Walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, and beaches. Approximately 30 minutes from Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Orange County, Los Angeles, and 45 minutes from Hollywood. Cozy beach townhouse. Two full bedrooms upstair, Two full bathroom upstairs and half bathroom downstairs. Half bathroom downstairs. Third Room is a SUNROOM with a DAYBED and a privacy curtain.

Absolutely NO PARTIES and NO excessive noise/music allowed at any time. Must respect our neighbors’ peace and quiet .

HOUSE RULES:

1) PLEASE ALWAYS BE CONSIDERATE OF OUR NEIGHBORS AND YOUR NOISE LEVEL AT ALL TIMES.***No parties, loud music, or very loud talking. ***NO BACKYARD OR POOL USE AFTER 10:00 PM. Please come inside by 10:00 pm and enjoy yourselves inside the house Or go out to a local bar. If we receive a noise complaint after these hours, you will loose your deposit. This is a quiet residential area. We have to respect our neighbors***

3) No Smoking
4) maximum of 6 booked guests overnight or a total of no more than 8 people on the property at any given time or you will loose your security deposit & your stay will be terminated immediately. Unless prior authorization has been made.
5) If you use our kitchen supplies please clean them and put back.
6)If you use the BBQ grill, please turn off propane tank when done and leave it uncovered.
7) please separate trash and recyclables and take them outside by the garage ally way and place in large bins when you leave.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please message me you when you check out. If checking out earlier, we would appreciate it if you let us know to help accommodate an early start and any early guest check in requests.

Please turn OFF all AC, Gas wall Heater, and Pool /Spa Heater if they were used.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please always be considerate of our neighbors. No parties, loud music, loud talking outside, and no smoking .

Please take out trash and recyclables and place them in the side yard bins.

POOL SPA SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Tenant agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless , forever discharge owners from any and all claims liabilities .

The location was terrific and the pool was a huge plus as the weather was very warm. The kitchen was fully stocked and great to cook in. The beds were comfortable and the living room has a large couch with a lot of sitting space for the 5 of us. There are a lot of restaurants and beaches to walk to. This is a great place to vacation to!

The location and the property itself were absolutely perfect for our family with 2 little ones and the grandparents. The proximity to Mother’s Beach (easy walk) and the convenience of a pool at the actual house was a huge hit for everyone. The pool and ac were a must with the heat wave while we were visiting. We also loved the stretch of 2nd Street on Naples with all of the restaurants that we could easily walk to without having to load up the entire family into a car. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed, and comfortable for us to all stay and hang out in. Susana was an excellent host with her communications to us and everything is nicely laid out to be able to find so we didn’t ever need to ask about anything. Truly a great place to stay and would 10/10 recommend!

This Naples pool home was just as it was advertised. Susana was an excellent host.Checked in with us everyday. It was clean, equipped with everything you can imagine.Everything nearby from groceries to restaurants to beaches and the pool and jacuzzi in the backyard.Garage and street parking were so convenient We stayed 3 nightsOne night we BBQed, the next night drove to a waterfront restaurant. The last night we only had cross the street for the best Indian food we had been smelling for days.I will definitely be booking this little piece of paradise again

The pool house was perfect! The location was ideal for the event we were in town for. Quiet backyard pool was terrific for morning and evening relaxing. The house was clean and had all accommodations needed.

Amazing pool home! This was our second time staying here and our family had such a wonderful stay! The pool and hot tub are perfect! We have 2 teenage boys that are more than comfortable in the pool and sharing the upstairs bedroom. The in-room AC units keep the temperature perfect and block out any outside noises. Everything is super clean/well stocked (kitchen, shampoo, etc). Susana is a thoughtful host, always checking in! Would definitely stay here again!

Host was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We had a later flight on the day of checkout, and she was kind enough to allow us a late checkout, which made our travel day much smoother. The home was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
