Magnificent 117m2 apartment next to the Son Moll beach (400m)
It consists of a 35m2 living-dining room with heat pump equipment for air conditioning or heating, a magnificent 20m2 terrace with views of the pool. three double bedrooms (1 double bed and 4 single beds), there is a baby cot and high chair, 2 bathrooms and a separate kitchen with a covered clothesline. Maximum occupancy 6 people.
You can sunbathe on the terrace, read, eat, etc. due to its great spaciousness. It has an awning and umbrella.

There is a NON-OPTIONAL charge of 10 Euros/day not included in the budget to cover the costs of Wi-Fi internet and Air Conditioning.

There is an environmental policy of the Balearic community, ECOTASA, established depending on the season, the number of days of stay and the age of the occupants.

Kitchen with gas stove, washing machine, combi refrigerator, toaster, electric juicer, mixer, slow cooker, Melita type coffee maker, capsules and Italian, kettle, water purifying jug, microwave oven, pans, pots, glasses, cups, jugs, platters, cutlery.....etc. Vacuum cleaner, Iron and ironing board. Located next to the Son Moll beach, 400 meters from the center and the promenade with its beautiful port. There are all kinds of restaurants, terraces, ice cream parlors, etc. Lots of nighttime activity.

You can take walks along its coast, through the forest towards Cala Agulla on foot, by bicycle, or horseback riding.

On Saturdays there is a market in the Plaza de los Pinos where you can buy fruits, vegetables and local products.
Mercadona and Lidl supermarkets 1 km away.
