A spacious 3-bedroom condo is nestled right on the banks of the river, with a private deck, lush grassy yard, and direct access to the Riverwalk—Perfect for families or groups, featuring extra sleeper sofas, giving everyone room to spread out. Recently redecorated and under new management, we’ve added thoughtful touches and amenities to make your stay unforgettable. A short drive to RMNP and downtown Estes, the ideal home base for all your mountain adventures
Before booking, please review the following FIRM rules:
+ 4 cars maximum, even if you have guests visiting for a short time.
+ No pickup trucks/vans bigger than ¾ ton
+ No trailers, boats, or RVs (including Sprinter Vans or Van-type RVs)
+ No street parking allowed.
+ Depending on the size of your vehicle, garage parking can be tight.
+ Maximum of 8 guests, and renter must be 25 or older
+ No Pets are subject to a $500 fine if violated
+ No Parties or Events
+ Quiet Hours 10 pm-8 am
