The little 'Village' of Estes Park is one of the most sought after destination areas in Colorado, close to airports in the metropolitan hub. Obviously, the natural beauty, spectacular views and abundance of wildlife played a major role as well... off of the beaten path overlooking Fish Creek and a beautiful golf course with trails aplenty for any family large or small to wind down at the end of the day. The views are spectacular and the mountain fragrance is unforgettable. Estes Park has major horse shows, many different types of festivals, rodeo and a Fourth of July fireworks celebration that rivals Denver. Estes Park is internationally known for its Scottish/Irish Highlands Festival that brings thousands of visitors to our community in the fall of the year. We're excited to share with you our beautiful little village. Thanks again for letting us help you create those special memories that will be talked about for decades.

Family Christmas
My family joined up with my wife's brother and his family (total of 9 adults). We all enjoyed the stay. It was rustic, but we enjoyed that aspect of it. It was spacious and in a great location - less than 10 minutes to downtown Estes Park. The kitchen was well stocked to cook in. I love that we saw deer across the street and next door. There was plenty of space for our three vehicles - a 4th would have been tight. We had great views of the mountains. There were various aspects of the property that we think need to be updated, such as bedding and a few of the beds. We would be happy to stay there again but would hope that there were some updates before that next visit.

Cabin close to town
The location of the cabin was perfect. We saw a few wild animals on the property which the kids went crazy over. We did have a few small concerns while there but the owner was quick to respond and address them. Overall it was a great stay and perfect for everyone!

Perfect Family Getaway
We stayed here for a big family trip to celebrate my in-law’s 50’th anniversary and we could not have picked a more perfect place! The cabin layout worked well, and the location was conveniently close to everything, but still felt secluded and quiet. When we weren’t in RMNP, we were taking advantage of the paved running/walking/biking trail that was right across the street and led all the way to Lake Estes, the nearby playground or public pool, well as just relaxing on the porch enjoying the views of the mountains and the deer and elk that would come wandering by. Would definitely stay here again!

We discovered this beautiful little 'Village' and Rocky Mountain National Park where we found our home and we are thrilled to share it with you, now that our kids are off on their own, we have the opportunity to travel a bit more ourselves. 5 years ago we did a major remodel and now enjoy much of the year right here. Estes Park is one of the most sought after destination areas in Colorado, the town sits in the majestic mountains and is the Gateway to Rocky Mountain Park and yet it is close to airports in the metropolitan hub!

Why they chose this property

We had traveled to beautiful Estes Park many times over the years, and decided it was time for us to own our own piece of paradise, we purchased our first property in 1980, since then when an adjacent parcel became available, we continued to add to our 'Little World'. We are so fortunate to have the benefits of tremendous views of the golf course, snowcapped mountains and overlook the peaceful waters of Fish Creek.

What makes this property unique

We are located on approximately 15 acres, off of the beaten path overlooking Fish Creek and a beautiful golf course with trails aplenty for any family large or small to wind down at the end of the day.
