The property is just minutes from the quaint seaside community of Yarmouth, which offers shopping, restaurants, and cafes. The boathouse includes a private deep water dock, a large sunny deck, fully stocked kitchen, and more. The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and boasts a queen size bed and an additional unique window nook that holds a full sized bed, good for both reading or sleeping! The second room is a bunk room located on the first floor with two twin beds. A full bathroom with shower rounds out the property! The boathouse is small but mighty, and the outdoor space coupled with gorgeous oceanfront views really allow for one of the most unique stays in Maine. Parking for 2 vehicles!

Elena and the team did an amazing job making our stay special. The house is so thoughtfully decorated and the deck is spectacular. We could have spent the whole time relaxing and watching the ospreys in their nest but the house is super close to many great locations.

A secret hidden gem, ocean views from every window, cozy rain or shine. Enjoyed the sun decks, swimming in the clear water with the sandy bottom, watching the sunrise and osprey nest at the end of the dock. Maine as we envisioned it!
