Host, and maid were excellent. Very helpful!!!! Only reason i chose 4 stars as opposed to 5, was liw temp in hot tub. Other than that we were more than satisfied. Property is beautiful! Thank-you!

Hi, there is not a hot tub, it is a jacuzzi and it part of the pool.

This property is perfect! It’s beautiful, spacious and extra clean. Besides having a great pool it’s very close to the beach and the Hermosa Palms Beach Club. We had an excellent time!

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful, and had plenty of room for all 10 of us. Flor the housekeeper was amazing, she was so sweet! The added clubhouse amenity was very nice, and offered access to the beach! Highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to Jaco!

Beautiful home in a safe location

Beautiful house, very spacious. The house maid and Jose were very attentive and helpful with all needs. Jose helped book all excursions and transportation. Michael recommended an excellent chef that exceeded expectations. Over all nice experience! I would definitely recommend this house as it was perfect for a group of 7. Gated community w/ security and 10 min from Jaco.

The perfect get away

The property and community is perfect with tej description not giving the house the justice due. Perfect house, plenty of room, comfortable beds, house is beyond clean and maintained daily. Property manager and caretaker are great communicators and José went above and beyond to help coordinate any needs. (highly recommend the in-house chef services) Flor was the final touch putting this property over the top. Highly recommend.

Amazing house!

The house was exactly what we were looking for! It was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 3 kids. The house is spacious and there was all new furniture (the beds were very comfortable). The pool is huge and extremely well maintained. The community pool was also an added bonus - the food at the pool (Yoyos') was AMAZING - the best pool bar food we have ever encountered. Michael was very responsive, and recommended a terrific chef. Last but certainly not least, is Flor, the live-in housekeeper. She was so helpful and nice. Not having to do dishes all vacation was such an added bonus. We would come home each day to a spotless house. Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely be back!

Overall, this house and location was incredible for our multigenerational family of 10, ages 12-75. The housekeeper Flor was exceptional. We had three amazing meals prepared on-site by Chef Kenia and liked it so much, we went to her restaurant in Jaco our last night (highly recommend Zona K). Maria our concierge was great - all excursions were 10/10 that she set up. The beach is just a short walk- note that there is a constant, very strong rip current, so you should not plan to swim here unless you are an expert surfer. The house was incredibly clean, but it is feeling its age and use as a VRBO- dinged walls, squeaky doors, etc. We had a few plumbing and AC issues during our stay, but they were fixed the same day we brought them up to Maria. My only complaint would be that our initial concierge, Jose, stopped responding a couple months out from our trip when we were trying to set up excursions. It took a while to get Maria assigned to us, and by then, the timing of excursions availability was limited because our trip was at peak season. Once Maria engaged, it was great, but we were not able to spread excursions out like we wanted to. Overall, we would certainly go back!

Fantastic vacation villa with HUGE private pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous vacation! The place was a beautiful place to enjoy a memorable cross-generational family vacation!My heartfelt thanks to Michael for recommending this house. Waking up to such a gorgeous ocean view with horses running in the field was an absolute highlight, add in our wonderful maid (Flor) and always ready to help concierge (Jose) and our entire group was highly impressed and looking forward to future trips.
