This beautiful sea-front villa with private freshwater pool is situated in Privlaka, a popular seaside town, 20 km SW of Zadar city. The villa enjoys a lovely location: it sits just a few meters from one of the best sandy beaches on the coast and overlooks the sea and the islands that are just outside the gate.

Stylishly decorated, it provides the perfect setting for a large family holiday or group of friends. On the ground floor is the living room with a TV, the dining area with large glass windows, and the kitchen with the sea view and bathroom. The first floor features two cozy bedrooms with a bathroom and two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the second.

Anyone seeking relaxation can spend happy hours in the garden, on the spacious terraces with sea views, or in the small swimming pool with a solar shower.

Villa Miri Palme

Wir sind zwar viel zu früh angekommen, herzlich empfangen worden umd haben noch eine Rundfahrt mir dem Boot bekommen, aber das alles überwog die Frechheit, das ca. 5 Putzfrauen unser Haus zur Mittagspause zuqualmten nicht auf. Da wir Nichtraucher sind und 2 Kinder dabei hatten. Des weiteren hatten wir mehre Kabel auf denen auch Strom liegt, die zu einen direkten Fi Auslöser führten, selber mit Isolierband, halbwegs gesichert. Und dann zum Abschied wirden wir schon um Neun aus unserem Haus gedrängt, wobei der check out um 10 uhr laut Vertrag war. Niemand hätte etwas gesagt, wenn der Reinigungstrupp an unsere offene Tür geklopft hätte und gefragt hätte ob sie eintreten können. Statt dessen, sassen wir noch am Küchentisch und sie kamen einfach rein und fingen an. Wir diskutierten noch, da wir noch auf die toilette wollten, aber sorry, das ist kein Benehmen
