Our condo is perfectly situated on the 23rd floor unit with amazing views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master, a King in the 2nd bedroom, two Twin over Queen bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool that connects with a lazy river and water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Shores II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was exactly as pictured - new, clean, comfortable and great views! Location was great and easy access to beach. Linens were included, but I wish it had included a couple of kitchen towels. There was only 1 dish towel and we were throwing it into the wash daily. Literally my only complaint - great stay overall!

Condo was nice; fantastic view; grandkids enjoyed the pools and lazy river; staff at front desk were extremely helpful. However, it was filthy. Dirt and dust on floor and furniture, and dishes in cabinets had grease and food still on them. It took 3 full dishwasher loads and some handwashing before we could use anything. There was only one dish cloth and towel, so we had to buy some. There were no sheets for the pullout sofa. Front desk helped me contact someone - the owner I think. I told him the problem and he said he would have the cleaners bring us sheets (and they did a few hours later). He also said he was going to refund our cleaning fee. Have not received it yet, but it has only been 2 days so I have faith. Even with the problems, everyone had a nice vacation.

More like 3.5 stars, but I’ll round up!Let’s start with the pros! This condo is on the 23rd floor and right on the beach. Waking up to white sand and water was breathtaking! The spacious patio was perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal. The beds and couches were comfortable, there was plenty of space for our family, and everything still looked and smelled new. We appreciated the extra fleece blankets on cool evenings and LOVED having an ice maker and refrigerator water to refill our bottles throughout the day. The waterslide and lazy river were a huge hit with our kids, ages 6–10. Parking and elevator access were also smooth.Now the cons. The biggest disappointment was the communication, which consistently felt short, snippy, and lacking empathy. For our four-night stay, we had one towel per person, and they smelled strongly of smoke, so we had to wash them with the one laundry pod provided. The “starter kit” was extremely limited—a sliver of soap, a tiny one-use shampoo, and one roll of toilet paper. For the number of guests the condo sleeps and the price paid, a few additional basics would have been appreciated. We also found underwear from a previous renter under a bed, which housekeeping definitely should have caught.Overall, the condo and location have a lot going for them. Better communication, housekeeping, and thoughtful basic supplies could easily make this a 5-star stay.
