This is the kind of neighborhood where people wave hello, kids play out front, and everything you need is a short walk or drive away. It’s safe and full of charm.

Walk to Roy’s Big Burger, grab pet supplies at Fin & Feather, or stop by the dry cleaner on your way back from the RVA Big Market, the farmers market in Bryan Park which sets up on weekends. Whether you're headed out for errands or a stroll, everything you need is close and many great places are in walking distance.
