Located just a short 20-minute drive from the stunning beaches of Anna Maria Island and only 15 minutes away from the prestigious IMG Academy, this is the perfect spot for a memorable getaway. The house boasts modern amenities, comfortable furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen to make you feel right at home. Soak up the sun on the nearby beaches and explore the vibrant local scene this area has to offer.

- Guests will need to climb one flight of stairs to access the property.
- Parking is shared, and you will have your own designated spot. Additional parking is available upon request—please contact the host in advance.
