This 2-bedroom condo in Bradenton is perfect for your escape. It is newly remodeled and located in the gated community of Bay Pointe at Cortez, 4850 51st Street West, Bradenton. The community has a heated pool that is located just steps from my unit. The gorgeous beaches of Anna Maria are just six miles away, as well.
There is plenty of parking including one assigned spot right out the front door. The condo is well stocked with all the basics they should need and rent includes all utilities, even cable.
