Great place and excellent location! King bed was super comfy, shower was awesome, too. Highly recommend. Would stay here again when in Gainesville. Heads up that there is a flight of stairs leading to front door in case you're travelling with folks who can't do stairs.

I also have 6 unique vacation properties in downtown Gainesville that have been successful for over six years. One of which was built and featured on the hit TV show Tiny House Nation! I learned a lot after going tiny on the show and I decided incorporate some of that in my new space. Along with design features inspired by my travels, I created something unique for you all to experience. I'm excited to share with you all my new space "The Guest House” in the neighborhood Sugarfoot. It's an open- concept guesthouse with luxury amenities.

This traditional neighborhood development is located 8 miles from UF Health, Shands Hospital, and the University of Florida. Featuring mixed-use development, the village combines businesses, shops, and restaurants with condos, townhomes, and single-family detached homes at various price points.

Haile Farmers Market happens every Saturday morning in the village from 8:30 AM to Noon, rain or shine.

Bikers enjoy easy access to the Haile Loop, the 3 mile paved walking and biking trail that encircles the Haile Plantation community and has the village center at its heart.
