Great place, clean and comfortable

We just stayed for long weekend for a wedding in Gainesville. The property is great, owner very responsive. Would highly recommend. close to dining and green market that takes place on Saturday. would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved our first stay at this condo! Haile Plantation is a special place and this condo is in the heart of it. Just right for the two of us, clean, and the host was helpful. I would suggest some bowls and a small bag of ground coffee to perk for your first day. Otherwise, EXCELLENT!

Haile Plantation condo

This was a perfect spot in the Haile Plantation. Easily accessible to food, coffee, etc. The condo was clean, updated and well appointed with what you need. I loved the little balcony outside. Brenda was easy to connect with when I had some questions. She answered them right away.

Our home in Clearwater flooded during Hurricane Helene and we were without power or water in our home. We were able to book this rental near Gainesville . It provided us with a quiet, peaceful place during a period of great stress. Everything we needed was provided and Brenda was readily available to provide us with answers to the few questions we had.

Convenient and Fun

Can walk to good food. Very near Kanapaha Botanical Gardens. Very clean and roomy. Cute neighborhood. A very small downside were the leafblowers every morning. For chemical sensitive people, bring your own pillows, towels, sheets. Heavy perfumed detergents. Normal people will have no problems.

The apartment was decorated smartly. The bed was very comfortable with crisp clean linens. Kitchen was fully equipped, but we didn’t cook there. Piazza was absolutely perfect. Water fountain and benches around the center. Very quiet neighborhood too!
