Looking for no sleep? Stay here.Dogs and upstairs neighbor stay up at all hours of the night. Walls are paper thin. You can hear them walk break and forth and when they drop things. Can almost understand other tenants' conversations. There is a foul odor in the apt. It smelled like previous renters were unhappy and used one of the rooms as their bathroom. The plug in air fresher is very thick. Towels were heavily sprayed with febreeze and caused a rash.

BEWARE! A fully grown, bearded man walked down the stairs of this house pulled out his "manhood", PEED at the bottom of the stairs and went right back up the stairs and into the house. This happened before we even got to utilize this property. When I told the owner about it and requested a refund, her response was "I’m so sorry for the inconvenience...but I’m not able to offer a refund". I never realized that a stranger displaying his ”privates” was merely an "inconvenience".
PLEASE ALSO NOTE...While the photo shows a house, the "apartment" is beneath the house shown. The entrance is to the bottom, rear, left, behind the wooden gate. That's an "inconvenience". The locks are hard to open and hard to lock. That's an inconvenience. The wooden gate is misaligned, so you have to "pull-up" on the gate to align the locking mechanisms. The owner didn't tell me that. My sister had to figure it out after the owner got very upset with me for texting her instead of calling her before leaving the property with the outer gate unlocked (because I could not lock it). She sent me many frustrated messages and called me many many many times while I was in my meeting to tell me about how inconvenienced she was getting out of bed to lock the gate. Long story long... some people should not rent out their spaces, and some spaces should NOT be rented out. Oh, and the neighbor directly alongside the apartment has at least 3 large dogs and they bark nonstop. That's an "inconvenience".

About the host
Hosted by Amanda Wells
Welcome Home! My name is Amanda Wells, and I personally remodeled this beautiful apartment with love, intention, and creativity—so you feel both comfortable and inspired every time you walk through the door.
I truly poured my heart into this space, and I hope you feel that energy in every little detail. From the custom LED-lit countertops that create a cozy glow at night, to the unique 3D moon art gently emerging from the wall, this space was designed to be both calming and memorable.
Whether you’re here for rest, work, or just a change of pace—I hope this apartment becomes a special part of your experience. Welcome, and enjoy every moment.
