Very nice and spacious condo, large rooms and a huge balcony. Two large pools with plenty of chairs. Will definitely be returning.

The view of the Gulf was stunning. Bed was comfortable. The rest: Not as updated as it looks in photos. Great room blinds wouldn’t open all the way, couch stained and dirty, doorway mats in poor shape, microwave door handle barely attached.

The condo was great! There were a few things that were missing. But they were there within 30 minutes to fix them. They were so generous and willing to make our stay very pleasant!

Great condo, needs some basic maintenance shower was hard to turn on, lights in bathroom seem to have a short in them kept flickering. Great view, we enjoyed stayong there.

This condo was not clean when we arrived. Sand on floors in every room and sand on the sheets in the master bedroom. Mold in bathtub. Dust on furniture and on bathroom walls, where it had blown out of the vents. No response from condo management until the next day AFTER we had already cleaned it ourselves. Will not be staying here again. Pics are attached.

I went to Panama City Beach Fla, not New Delhi. India. The decor in the room was too heavy for a Florida look and the Condo seemed very dark. It just was not a Condo with a Florida atmosphere. The entrance door broken the first day we were there and I had to go around in circles to find someone to get it fixed. It was repaired finally. I have a Time Share that I use with my Sister and I am much happier with that. I feel like I’m in Florida when I’m there. My Sister was using it this year. I doubt I will ever use a VRBO again. I was very disappointed and especially for the rental price.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Gulf Crest. The location is great. Now our unit could have been cleaner and better equipped. I had to buy a spatula at Walmart to turn eggs with. Loved that the unit came with beach chairs and the pools was nice.

Bathrooms could use some updates, the shower doors in both bathrooms each had one door that was difficult to open and close. The toilet was loose in the bathroom as well. The balcony was amazing, spent every day out there enjoying my coffee and the amazing views!! My favorite place to sit and read as well!

Great location alway from the busy still within walking distance of restaurant, shops, and things to do. Condo was very spacious had everything we needed and loved being on the 22nd floor. The included beach chairs where a bonus not having to haul chairs and umbrellas to the beach everyday. We will for sure be returning!
