Third bedroom set up as a den with a sleeper sofa for 2 more guests. The pool has solar heating and temperature may vary depending on atmospheric conditions and the time of year. Lifestyle ID's are available for the length of your stay. These ID's will allow you to use all the amenities that the villages has to offer such as Executive Golf Courses, Recreation Centers, Community Pools, etc. The cost is $50 for your party. We do not allow smoking in the house. Pool service comes typically on Tuesdays and will need access to clean the pool. There are security cameras in the front and the rear of the property, as well as in the garage to facilitate the remote garage door opener. There are NO cameras located inside the house.
