The host did respond upon asking questions. The master bed was comfortable. Need more nightstands. There was an issue with the keypad, so a key was left. The back porch light was out, and I had to go buy a flashlight so my dogs and I could see the backyard since it was dark at 6pm. There was a very large (18"x15" guessing) size hole in the middle of the backyard where I or my dogs could have easily broken our legs in. The chairs at the table were not the right height for that table, too short. One of the chairs foot rail's kept falling out. There were no blinds on the backdoor so anyone could see inside. There were no room darkening curtains in any of the bedrooms or the main rooms. There are no benches, chairs, or luggage racks in any room. Nowhere to put your shoes on. The listing said there was a blow dryer, but I couldn't find it. The guest bathmat had no grippy back, so my elderly mom almost slipped every time. There were no tissues. The sink faucets are so close to the actual sink you can barely wash your hands in the bathroom. The shower head in the master was awful, and it was dirty (hair in it). Guest book did not enough info, i.e., where do the used towels and linens go, trash, etc. The neighborhood was quiet. Just older house could use a deep clean. This review is to help the host improve the rental; it could be really awesome! The host did allow me to park in the garage which I really appreciated! Good size yard, covered patio which I appreciated too.
