Welcome to Palmetto Dream. Palmetto Dream is located in the heart of Edisto within a short walk of dining, shopping and the Atlantic Ocean. You won't even need to get back in your car once you arrive at this home. It was fully renovated in the winter of 2021. This home was designed with guest in mind and no detail has been overlooked to ensure your comfort. The open kitchen features granite countertops and top of the line appliances fit for any low country feast. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available if a brief afternoon shower interrupts your sunny day at the beach. Relax with views of the ocean from the living room, dining room and kitchen area which opens onto the spacious screened in porch. The porch is ideal for soaking in the sweet southern evenings. After a long hot day in the sun and sand, rinse off in one of two huge outdoor showers. Coastal accents, exceptional furnishings and fantastic bed arrangements make this home away from home the perfect option for multiple families. There's no doubt your group will be 'dreaming" about your next Edisto vacation. No Smoking inside and No Pets. This charming house features 1 king (Bedroom 1), 2 queen beds (Bedroom 2/3), and 2 bunk beds that are twin over full (Bedroom 4), perfect for families or groups of friends. The living room even has a cozy sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Edisto Island.

*Please note: this home offers charcoal, propane and electric/ pellet grills. Guest must provide charcoal/ pellets.

*This house does NOT allow animals.

*The amenities includes central air conditioner/heat, dishwasher, microwave, gas range, fully stocked kitchen, 2 outdoor private showers (with hot water), washer, dryer, reverse osmosis water system, Wi-Fi, cable, grills, screen porch, tankless hot water heater, 2 full size refrigerators, stereo, outdoor dining option (front porch), TV's in every room, board games/ puzzles, coffer maker/filters and Keurig.

*All bookings are Sunday - Sunday with a 3 night minimum in the off season.

*Golf Carts are not allowed due to being directly on Palmetto Blvd but Low Speed Vehicles are welcome/legal and can be rented from several vendors.

*We do not provider linens, paper products (TP, paper towels, ect.) soap or laundry detergent.
