Nestled in Shaver Lake’s East Village, you’ll be walking distance to town yet tucked away enough to unwind. With 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a spacious kitchen, cozy living spaces, and a firepit under the stars, it’s the perfect home base for your mountain escape.

Welcome to your cozy A-frame tucked into the heart of Shaver Lake’s East Village—just a short walk to shops, dining, and local favorites. With room for up to 6 guests, this warm and inviting cabin blends classic mountain style with thoughtful touches throughout.

Downstairs offers two private bedrooms, both with queen-sized beds. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, while a second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway next to the downstairs bedrooms.

The kitchen is spacious, with plenty of counter space for cooking, prepping, or gathering around with snacks. Vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beams and a peek of stained glass toward the upstairs nook bring character and natural light into the space. You'll find everything you need—from cookware to dishes and utensils—plus a dedicated coffee bar to start your mornings right. Just beyond, a beautiful wooden dining table comfortably seats six and is ideal for shared meals or game nights.

The living room features soaring ceilings, stained glass windows, and a stunning rock electric fireplace that sets the mood for cozy evenings. With a large couch and three comfy chairs, there’s space for everyone to unwind—whether that means watching a movie on the Smart TV or simply relaxing with good company and gorgeous views through the A-frame’s signature windows.

Up the stairs, a small loft is stocked with card and board games and has a Roku TV for added entertainment. Tucked away is a quiet reading nook with a plush couch—an ideal spot for a little solitude or a mid-day nap. The upstairs third bedroom includes two twin beds and its own full bathroom, making it a great retreat for kids or additional guests.

Step outside to a wraparound deck, complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ. Just off the deck is a dirt area with a firepit—an inviting space for evening hangs under the stars.

Whether you’re spending the weekend exploring the lake or simply relaxing by the fire, this cabin is an ideal base for making lasting memories in the mountains.

Heating: This property has central heating and an electric fireplace in the living room. Please understand that heat rises, so upstairs will always stay warmer than downstairs.

AC: This property does have air conditioning. We also provide portable fans during summer months to help keep the air circulating.

Mini Fridge: The mini fridge located next to the stove is currently out of order. However, the main refrigerator works great :)

IMPORTANT: When entering the cabin, you may notice a light odor near the entryway. A licensed contractor has inspected and confirmed the home is completely safe. The smell comes from the way the original wooden beams were treated many years ago, which was a common method in cabin construction back in the day. It’s only noticeable in the entryway area (because of the low ceilings) and not in the main living spaces. We wanted to mention this just in case you may be sensitive to smells. This may not be the accommodation for you.
