House was amazing for our large family and is located in a great community for a relaxing and fun vacation! The hosts Angelina and Kent were incredible and very responsive to any questions we had. The pool and hot tub were heated perfectly and the house / community had many amenities.

Our stay was amazing! Angelina and Kent went above and beyond on our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the volleyball in the pool was a big hit. The house was very clean and we didn’t have any issues with anything. The area that this house is located is VERY SAFE and it has so much to do that some days we never left the area. Would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Property was as described, we were the first renters in this new construction. Angela was very descriptive about what to expect and communicated everything in advance. The house is beautiful and the outdoor entertaining area very luxary and not your average VRBO. We spent a lot of time in the pool area. They have put a lot of love and attention to detail in this home, with very nice furnishings, decor, and the linens are not your average VRBO linens. Its very unique and especially in PR. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need. Kent and Angela were very responsive to messages. Due to weather we had a few days our excursions were canceled and they were very prompt to help us find other options on the island, contacts, suggestions. They genuinely want you to have an amazing vacation.The home is great for family gatherings with a lot of seating. We had several evenings of board games around the large dining table. I would recommend staying with Angela and Kent in any of their properties.

This house was even more amazing than portrayed on the listing…definitely a 5-star property. Everything was immaculate on our arrival…a superb job by the cleaning crew. The hosts could not have been more communicative or responsive, both before our arrival and during our stay. They offered suggestions on activities and sites in the area, answered our questions, and seemed to genuinely care that we all had a great time. Best hosts ever! The pool and hot tub are beyond amazing, and there is a baby pool as well, which our younger grandchildren really enjoyed. The house had shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom and ample pool towels…something not always offered. We love to cook as a family, and this property let us do it all. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked with condiments, seasonings, spices, and baking/cooking basics such as flour and oil. It includes a wide selection of pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, mugs, and glasses. There are 2 ice makers and 3 refrigerators, a toaster and Emeril oven, electric kettle, blender, and coffee maker. We really enjoyed the poolside seating area with couches and table, the gas grill, and a pizza oven. First-rate hosts and house made our family vacation a spectacular one!

WowWow, this lady was the most insane CRAZY LADY we have ever dealt with. She tried to scam us for free rent. She demanded $5000 credit back from us because she was making up stuff saying things weren't true and then she threatened us with giving us a bad review if we did not give money back.. We allowed this person to check in early when they want we didn't charge them extra for that and they were late checking out when our cleaners showed up and our cleaners had to wait around about two hours for them to finish cleaning up and left the property and we didn't charge them for that because we never charge anyone for wanting to check in earlier, checking out late we love renting into people on Airbnb and VRBO and actually we actually let these guests use our golf cart in the neighborhood for free also and they trashed it. It was full of sand. It looks like they drove it into the ocean. and they must've drove it with the brakes on because there's no brakes on the golf cart when we got back so we had to bring it in to get it serviced so I don't know what type of parties or things they had going on here. We normally give everyone. a perfect 10 review 10 out of 10. Because we normally have good Lu Luck with our renters, we've been very blessed. We've been doing rental properties for over 10 years and we are five star super host on VRBO and Airbnb. We have eight properties right now and all of our properties are five star and this property she gave us two out of 10 review on is our best property ever we just finished a $2 million renovation. It is one of the nicest houses in Puerto Rico., and it's so sad to have to deal with these type of people. A Any normal human being can look at the pictures and all of our other reviews and see everything else is a 10 out of 10 and our proper is absolutely gorgeous. This is the best property we have even our worst property we have is still 10 out of 10 reviews, it's just sad. There are people in this world that tried to scam you. , but we just looked the other way and move on because we love people and we love renting out our beautiful properties that are oceanfront in Puerto Rico, we wish everyone a great day.
