What a train wreck. This host destroyed our family trip. Took out money and then never responded. Disconnected his phone, padlock on gate to property. With the festival, there was no other properties available.

I had hoped to avoid this but it appears after two weeks that this is the only recourse I have. My statements of the truth can be characterized as accusations without proof since we don’t have any photos or audio/video recordings of what we encountered and were told, but the host is well aware of the reasons for the rating and has chosen not to provide fair resolution. Good luck to anyone who books here. Perhaps it will become in an acceptable condition, but we ended up spending our nights at a pet friendly hotel in Gig Harbor that was cheaper than all the money we lost on our booking here.
