Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off fireplace and turn down thermostat to 65 degrees.
Turn off all exterior lights (two deck lights and front entry light).
Verify all windows and exterior doors are closed and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- No tents or camper-trailers. - Quiet hours outside after 11 PM on weeknights or 12 AM on Friday, Saturday and after 11 PM on weeknights.
- Limit of two dogs per stay - Dogs must be kept on leash or with owners and not left alone in home unless crated. - Please pickup all dog droppings.

Setting was amazing! Hot tub overlooking lake was awesome dock over clear water perfect for swimming! The house was clean and well stocked. Great setup with the rec room and second bedroom/bathroom essentially their own “wing” of the house. Host was super responsive, welcoming, and accommodating. This has quickly shot to our favorite spot for a winter getaway, would love to come back in summer!

This house really worked for our group. Really nice to have 2.5 bathrooms when you have multiple people. Lovely beach access. Worked well for our dogs who loved swimming all day. Hot tub was an extra perk we enjoyed.

Nice place on the lake

Great location right on Mason Lake. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and floating around on the water. The hot tub overlooking the water was a nice touch. Was able to golf nine holes at Lake Limerick, which was just about ten minutes away. Highly recommend this place.

Calm and quiet

Perfect Lakefront Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend at this little lakehouse! We particularly enjoyed sitting by the cozy fire and relaxing in the lakefront hot tub.The property was super clean and beds were comfortable.The host was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. He was the nicest host by far that we have ever had.

What a wonderful stay! The house was clean, well appointed and super comfy! The house has central heat and air, while we did not need it, it is GREAT to have when you do need it!The host was very responsive. We had a few special requests here and there and they responded and took care of things right away. THAT is what makes VRBO great. Having a real owner that is there to help with the things that matter.The hot tub was fantastic. It was already hot and clean and ready to roll when we got there. The dock was nice. The lakeside firepit was awesome, even though we did not use it!We REALLY loved the layout of the house. Two bedrooms, one on each end of the house. It allowed completely privacy while sharing the house with a co-worker.

Delightful stay. Weather was not the best but the lake was so refreshing and the hot tub helped with the cold plunge. The owner is super nice and helpful. It was an enjoyable stay and we would go back.

We loved the house it was amazing. Only thing I didnt like was the neighbors house being so close and the hot tub being so far down. Its hard to see at night make sure to pack flash lights. Other then that we had fun.

My favorite place is Mason Lake, Washington, where I spend as much time as possible paddle boarding, wakeboarding, jet skiing and relaxing on weekends and summers. I also converted an older family home near me into a full-time vacation rental so others can visit and enjoy the best Washington has to offer for relaxation and recreation.

I also travel regularly for work and personal and enjoy exploring new areas and finding interesting new places to visit and stay.

Why they chose this property

The two living spaces (family and living), several living spaces (large and small decks plus dock and beach lounges) provide many areas to relax and enjoy. The lake is beautiful and crystal clear, and the fishing is excellent. This home has all the amenities needed for a small or large group. It has all the cooking utensils / amenities you can think of in a home away from home, with two large seating tables (outside and inside), and dishes for 16.

The property is well landscaped, providing a beautiful park-like setting to enjoy from the decks, as well as the beach.
