Enjoy access to our private pool during the warmer months—available May through September. The pool is closed from October through April for the season. Want to swim in comfort? Pool heating is available by request for an additional $100 per night and must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.

Guest Access:
The guest has access to the entire home minus the locked cleaners' closet. Please note, that the indoor fireplace is currently out of order and not for guest use. For everyone's comfort and to ensure a peaceful environment, noise decibel monitors are installed on the property.

- Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.
- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.
- Exterior cameras are located at the front door and garage door for exterior security monitoring only.
- Parking in the driveway & garage for 4 cars max.
- If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability.
- The pool is available from May through September and is closed from October through April. Pool heat is optional and available by request during the open season (May–September) for $100 per night. Please note: If requested, the pool heat fee of $100/night will be applied to every night of your stay, not just select nights.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. No Smoking Allowed.
GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
