My cat Norman and I live in the basement of the house. I enjoy living in Duluth and doing all the outdoors actives. I like to do pottery and lampwork. I enjoy sharing our great city with all my guests.

Why they chose this property

I suppose I am biased but I have put tons of work into this house! I did most of it myself with some help from friends and my nephew Thomas. I think it is quaint and comfortable, love the backyard and the location!
