This sophisticated retreat, set in the heart of Beaver Creek, offers a family room with a gas fireplace, sleeper sofa, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, plus a dining table. Additional features include one guest suite with a king bed a handsomely-finished bathroom, a stacked washer/dryer, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Residence layout and views may vary by unit.

Guests will enjoy mountain or village views terrace, as well as the convenience of being steps from the base of Beaver Creek Mountain and Village dining and shopping. Complimentary shuttle service, a year-round indoor swimming pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center, and a sauna are also available.

We are currently completing exterior improvements to the property, including roof and window replacements. Construction will be taking place throughout, and guests may experience intermittent noise as well as some impacts to access in certain areas. We appreciate your understanding as we carry out these important upgrades during the summer and fall 2026 season.
