This ski-in/ski-out condominium is just steps away from the center of the village of Beaver Creek (Ski in/out access weather dependent as well as dependent on the Elkhorn Lift being open). Amenities include high speed internet, 2 flat screen TVs, 2 DVD players, wood burning fireplace, electric grill on the deck, covered parking, common area outdoor hot tub and an updated kitchen with all new appliances and granite counter top.

This property is refreshing its look with all new furniture and a new face to the fireplace!

Amenities include: High speed internet, TV/VCR, CD stereo, DVD, wood burning fireplace, charcoal grill, full kitchen, covered parking, outdoor hot tub (closed for a week in October and May for maintenance) and great mountain views from the balcony. Dial a ride service offers complimentary transportation throughout Beaver Creek.

*Summer reservations may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival.*

We are taking extra precautions and adding additional cleaning to all of our homes and condominiums, including:

• Increased hand washing for all employees & use of disposable gloves and masks
• Employees will stay home if sick.
• Housekeeping has always used and will continue to use anti-viral disinfectants on applicable surfaces. including, but not limited to, counter tops, appliances, light switches and doorknobs.
• Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use special cleaning products that are effective towards killing viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.
• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.
• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.
• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.

Location was great. Building is older but still very nice. Within walking distance to the slope and they have the free shuttle if you have ski equipment. The ski out lift and trail were nice but not recommended for first timers like us.

Our second time staying in this unit at Townsend Place. Truly ski-in/ski-out convenience, easy walk to Beaver Creek Village, and nice having washer/dryer as well as covered parking space on ground floor. The hot tub was closed for maintenance for one day during our 5 nights there, but otherwise, we had a wonderful stay. Hope to return again next year.

Perfect place for Powder Days at Beaver Creek

The Townsend Condo location A206 at Beaver Creek in a great location for ski in and out. Short walk to the village restaurants and shops also the Vilar theater. Condo is comfortable and well equipped.

Location, location, location!

Perfect for walking to the Village, and to ski down to Elkhorn Lift where we could decide to ski towards Avon or Beaver Creek! Of course, we used the skyway to get back to the Condo and the Hot Tub!

A Luxurious Retreat After Days Outdoors

Beautiful roomy Condo surrounded by views of aspens and pines. Very nice bathrooms and kitchen. Great access to Avon and Vail by bicycle. Impressed with Avon restaurants, also great grocery store so we had nice meals at home to. We'd come again!

Walk to the Village or Ski-in/Ski-out

Townsend Place is a simple walk up a beautiful trail to Beaver Creek Village proper. Our 3 and 5 year olds made the trip multiple times with ease. There is a park out back is simple to walk to. Ski-in/Ski-out down the trail to Elkhorn and return behind Strawberry lift. Use Ski Butlers and you'll never have to carry your skis anywhere.

Sounds of the nearby creek...

Lovely condo nestled in the pines with nearby creek. Great cross ventilation. Only suggestion is to replace the shades (two badly broken). Manager was great to work with! We hope to return and stay here again.

Birthday celebration

We have been coming ti Beaver Creek since 2003 its been a special place for us. It was a little disappointing this trip since its so close to the holiday season to find little or no christmas decoration's, in the shoppes and around the village, some of the restaurants were closed and very people around shopping, it was not what we expected. Very disappointing

Great place, Berkshire management iffy

Property was great. Didn’t get check in information sent until I called, emailed and texted every person listed on Berkshire’s voicemail system. I booked the night before. Automated check in process seemed to expect me to book much sooner. Main contact didn’t call back until day after I checked in. Every person I spoke with started the conversation saying I had what I needed. That was untrue. System tried to sell me cancellation insurance after the date it said I would be able to use it. Process relies too much on automation, little thought given to what happens when the system fails.

Location is fantastic!

This comfy spot was perfect for us. The ventilation through lots of opening windows allowed the cool night air in, the bed was comfortable and the hot tub very welcome! Though the unit needs updating (including tvs) and the WiFi could be improved, we would go back in a heartbeat. The delightful walking path will easily take you to the village, tennis center, park or just a walk along the creek. The management was very responsive. We were well taken care of. Thank you.
