Lovely neighborhood and walking distance to restaurants and nightlife on Carrollton Ave & Oak St like Jacques-Imo's, Boucherie & The Maple Leaf, and an easy walk to two grocery stores and a small park filled with live oaks and a playground. The location also gives you easy access to Audubon Park & Zoo, Tulane & Loyola universities, and the French Quarter via the Streetcar. Our home features solid hardwood floors, tons of natural light, stone counters and stainless appliances. All the amenities you'll need for short or long stays are included. Stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner and other toiletries, paper towels & TP, Nespresso coffee, fully equipped kitchen, two living areas, a work desk, washer & dryer, Wi-Fi, and TV w/ a Roku that includes Netflix & HBO.
