Sam's place was a comfortable, clean spot, and a great base for exploring New Orleans, The neighborhood has some fun restaurants, bars and shops, and it's an easy walk to the St. Charles streetcar to get to the French Quarter. It was beastly hot the week we were there, and the air conditioning system worked wonderfully. Sam was communicative and responsive, all that you'd want in a host. We had a great stay! Thanks!

The best part is that the property and parking are gated. Plenty of parking spaces. It is very roomy and has everything we needed. The host is very responsive to our requests. Some minor things like the shower curtain has stains and towels are bit worn, didn’t really affect our stay. It’s a nice place we would like to return when we visit NOLA again.

This spot is a great location, within walking distance to everything we could need while we were there. The off street gated parking was perfect for not wanting to drive while we're in town.

I came alone to New Orleans to work with some really cool chefs. I stayed at this here condo, and it was amazing to come home to such a cozy , spacious home after long days in the kitchen. The host Samuel informed me I was in a great area for having restaurants/bars in walking distance and he wasn’t wrong. I was able to walk to a multitude of places in just 10-15 minutes and the gas station down the street was a convenient 3 minutes walk for necessities and snacks. This home is nice and cool, well kept, comfy bed, comfy couch, and even had a dishwasher and laundry. Plenty of kitchenware and cutlery was provided. What a great place.

A great location with plenty of room for the two of us. Laundry facilities were outstanding and the kitchen was very adequately equipped. Having secure off-street parking is a bonus. The unit is secure, and the host was tremendous in providing good communication and clear coordination throughout the period of our rental.

The property was wonderful. The location was great. We were really glad that there was gated parking on the property. Didn't know that the room the bunk beds had a half wall between it and the main bedroom. There were multiple clumps of dog hair throughout the property and the shower curtain was very stained. The towels and wash cloths were a little worn, also. One of the outlets in the main bedroom was very loose. We enjoyed staying there and would stay there again, if we have the opportunity. The host answered any questions we had and responded quickly.

Easy and plenty of parking, great wifi, comfortable, clean, plenty of space, and all necessary kitchen and cooking amenities. Excellent central location off Magazine. Quiet at night for sleeping, yet also lively and celebratory with a couple wedding parties and bands parading around the square on some evenings, never too late though. Lots of nearby shopping, dining, and easy access to bus and streetcar for longer destinations, but also very walkable. Great communication by host as well. We will return!
