House was clean and spacious. It felt much larger than it looked in the online photos. Plenty of space to make food in the kitchen and two nice living spaces to spread out a bit. The gas stove was a nice touch and made the family room very cozy.

Host made sure everything was good. The house itself was clean, set up well, had everything we needed, and was lovely. It was a great setting, quiet, and convenient to stores, restaurants, and activities and entertainment in Rome, We would happily stay again if another event in Rome fits into our schedule.

My daughter and I had a nice stay at Larry’s house when we were in the area for ski races. The place was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking breakfast (larger meals might be challenging with limited supplies and no dishwasher). The beds are great and that the location was convenient to both Woods Valley and Snow Ridge ski areas. Was also great to be able to stash skis/gear in the garage. The host was very quick to reply/address when we had some minor electrical issues and we loved the Vine and Fig restaurant a mile up the road so much we went for dinner both nights. Would stay again and recommend to others!

Quaint and pleasantly tucked away in a convenient neighborhood. Loved the charm of the property and the kitchen felt like home. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint (if any) WiFi bandwidth was nominal, couldn’t stream movies too well with a couple phones also on it. But I wouldn’t factor that to the overall stay, it was lovely.

Was pleasantly surprised on arrival. The property has plenty of room indoors and outdoors. Property was clean and the owners were very responsive through messaging and even provided personal #'s in case we needed anything, which we did not. Very close to the Beeches Resort where my event was planned that weekend.

Was a nice place clean and comfortable. Nice to not have to deal with the noise of a hotel. Rentor was very friendly and very easy to communicate with. Would rent again no question!
