Great stay!

My husband and I needed a place to stay while visiting my father-in-law who is in an assisted living facility. We were both delighted with the accommodations that were reasonably priced and very charming. We will stay here again!

Everything was cute. Only notes were that the fire extinguisher was on empty - did not use it, but I did let the owner know. And at times there was a smell of weed - probably from another unit.

Lovely loft

Beautifully decorated and homey. It was the perfect place to rest my head while at a wedding in the Utica area. Bed was comfy, everything i needed was supplied. Host was easy to communicate with. Thanks for a lovely stay

Spacious and comfortable

The loft apartment is very clean, comfortable and spacious, exactly as pictured. Communication was clear and very responsive. No issues experienced and would stay again when visiting Utica.

Rustic Comfort

Very comfortable with rustic charm decor and lots of character. King size bed with quality mattress. Very clean with modern appliances. Unique structure with two levels that allow spacing for separate activities as desired. Only 2 of us, but would comfortably accommodate 4 for sleeping with the 2 couches, and enough space to entertain daytime guests. Very much enjoyed our stay. Would book again if we return to the area.
