The house was nice however the neighboring properties are too close for much outside privacy.There are no second floor porches on this home and no covered exterior porches in rear of home.Also, the rental listing stated that the beach was a one minute walk away but is not the case at all as it's about a three minute drive.That was a disappointment for us as my family had looked forward to being able to walk to beach quickly.If those things don't bother folks, this is a good choice.
