The unit does need some updating; carpet is old and furniture is old however none of that dampened my vacation vibes. Beds slept great, view from the balcony was great, and they had extra beach chairs so we didn't have to use ours. We spent all day Saturday watching football in the living room because it was cold and furniture was comfy and we had room for all of us. Kitchen was stocked well and the wet bar with th Ice Maker was a Plus that we used every day. Bella Properties were responsive with all of my questions and check in was easy although you do have to go to their offices to do so.

Kay, good beds and a balcony view go a long way, and it sounds like the roomy living room made that chilly football Saturday feel like part of the trip. The wet bar and extra beach chairs clearly earned their keep. Come back when the weather turns warm and the balcony can really shine.

The condo unit was great very roomy . The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking although we never cooked in. The pool view was amazing. We loved the easy access to the beach. The area was very accessible to many restaurants and bars. thank you for having us we would stay again.

Great Place!

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and had a great time. The complex is small, and at the end of the beach, so it feels more private and not crowded. The view is breathtaking. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit is dated. There were several issues that could not be resolved during our stay including leaking faucets,running toilet,broken furniture and lack of pots and pans. The carpet is stained and this gave the overall feeling of uncleanliness.

We are proud this unit has a phenomenal 9.5/10 rating and sincerely apologize if your experience wasn’t similar. We are perplexed by this review as the pictures are 100% accurate and we were only contacted once, the day after arrival at 6:44 AM, about a chair on the balcony broken, interior chair with a broken arm, and a light bulb out. We responded at 10 AM that we had dispatched maintenance who reported to us at 2 PM that the issues were resolved. We didn’t hear anything else during the stay so assumed that everything was in order. A leaking faucet, running toilet, and lack of pots and pans would have also been a quick and easy fix but the first we heard about this was from the review. All items have since been addressed. Next time please let us know about any issue that could negatively affect stay while in-house and give us an opportunity to resolve it. Again, we sincerely apologize if the space was not what you expected.

Loved this condo! Gulf front but able to watch boats come in and out of the pass. Above the pool and very near elevator which was super convenient. Stocked with everything we needed and then some. Beach chairs were really helpful. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space and a huge balcony! Owner is very generous and left plenty of books, puzzles to pass the time. We definitely would stay again. This condo has a great location. Near the action, but not sandwiched between high rises. We saw dolphins every day near the beach!

Not well maintained

I LOVE this building. However the management firm handling this unit is not earning their fees. I was not even planning on leaving a review, but based on their comments to my private feedback, I don't think they will address the issues. The owner and future guest deserve better.For example, a note was taped to the toilet to hold down the handle when flushing----that is a 10 minute, less than 50 fix. There was a lot of mold, more than expected. A toilet's seal was compromised and there was sewage around the toilet that obviously had not been cleaned in a while. My bed sheets had pubic hair in the area of the bed the pelvis would be located. I immediately called and asked for all the beds to be remade. I was told "The sheets were professionally cleaned so. . . " and had to let them know I had pictures before they agreed to send new sheets over. Instead of simply delivering clean sheets as I requested, they remade all the beds. Again there was hair in one of the sheets, but it was long head hair. I called and let them know, but this time I stripped the beds and washed them myself. Again, they felt the need to condescending tell me "The sheets are professional cleaned so . . ." There were bath products from previous guest left in shower.

Our stay was amazing! The room was clean, neat and ready when we arrived. The balcony was a spacious relaxing area with a beautiful view of the beach and the pool. Our host with Bella Rentals were very professional. They responded to all my messages promptly and even checked on us the morning of our check in. We are on our way home planning our next stay.

We have stayed at this property several times and love it. It’s a spacious floor plan and a well-stocked condo. The location is fantastic and the view from the balcony is gorgeous! We had a little glitch in the beginning with the condo not being clean and ready but the management company responded quickly. We will definitely be back!
