Guest Verification

All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of the stay. By booking, you agree to:

• Understand that check-in instructions may only be shared after verification is complete



Verification details must be submitted within 24 hours of booking, or within 1 hour for same-day reservations. Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled.



Pet Policy

Pets are welcome depending on size. Please notify us in advance to avoid cancellation. A per-pet cleaning fee applies:

• 1–4 nights: $25 per night

• 5–29 nights: $200

• 30+ nights: $300
