The space
Enjoy the cozy Costera Suite, located in the quiet Broadview neighborhood in Seattle. Only a short 20 minutes drive away from Downtown Seattle, and 10 minutes from Ballard and Fremont. This unit boasts a modern interior, huge backyard, patio, full AC/heat throughout the house, and EV charging for your electric car.

Full kitchen, along with cooking utensils are provided. The sofa can be converted into a bed to host an additional person

Top floor
The main bedroom is equipped with a dedicated working space, and have direct access to a patio overlooking the beautiful PNW view

The second bedroom also has beautiful ocean view and plenty of natural light

The bathroom is equipped with rain shower and all the amenities you need

My husband, 4 year, and I enjoyed staying here! The beds were comfortable, the shower divine, and the location perfect for access to fun activities and nature. Next time, we’ll be prepared for one of the rooms having a skylight, to make the trip extra smooth. We really loved the mini splits in each room to make sure the temperature was perfect and tailored to different styles! Communication with Navdeep was excellent. Would recommend it to others coming to the area!

Lovely property. The space is a ground floor kitchen/living room behind the pictured garage and 2 upstairs bedrooms. The front bedroom has a lovely deck extending over the garage. This rental is in a separate building (attached to the garage) adjacent to the main house. The neighborhood is very walkable and the sunsets are excellent. There is a view of the sound from the deck. The space inside is very clean and has a very comfortable sofa, gorgeous kitchen. There is a set of pots/pans available and we were able to cook during our Seattle visit. The bathrooms in particular are lovely and clearly recently updated. There is a ductless heater/air in the main space, but also in each bedroom. Coffee pods were provided and towels are available. We communicated with Nav and he allowed us to bring both our dogs. For dog owners, it's worth knowing that the yard associated with this property is not fully fenced (you can't let your dog off leash to use the bathroom). Walking the dogs in this easygoing neighborhood was not a problem. We brought an electric car and bikes, and Nav was kind enough to let us use the garage. The garage has a type 2 tesla charger and made it convenient to charge at the rental. In general, communication was excellent. This rental is highly recommended.
