Look no further!! If we've got availability for your dates, you've found your spot! Location! Location! Location! This Oceanfront property is located on a South facing bluff and offers inspirational views. Rainbow Rock Condominiums, one of Southern Oregon's most prestigious communities, sits on over 13 acres with a trail to a virtually private beach. We're located on the ground floor(no steps!) and in building E, private, quiet, and the one furthest away from Hwy.101. The property is extremely well appointed and we have people coming back year after year.

We will do our best to answer any questions you may have and make your stay in Brookings a most memorable one.

When you're tired of watching the view and are ready for a change of venue, pack your lunch and stroll down to the sandy beach. You'll find an abundance of drift logs for fort building and sculpture making, and soft sand to relax on. Low tide brings tide pools steaming with life and also expands the beach for long beach walks.

Harris Beach State Park lies to the South, Boardman State Park rated to be the most beautiful coastline in Oregon, is directly to the North (contiguous) with access to the Oregon Coast Trail. Within a few miles radius, there are several rivers to explore: the Chetco, the Winchuck and the Smith. Boat rentals and Commercial fishing charters are available in vibrant Brookings Harbor.

Brookings also offers several markets, boutiques, art galleries and restaurants. Trips to other nearby coastal villages, lights houses and museums make exciting day trips.

We love the property and the spectacular reviews. We also really enjoyed walking the beach every evening. The location was far enough out of town and there was no bus but still close enough you could run in in no time. We look forward to going back someday.

This is a rare find! The view of the ocean will take your breath away. The beds are fantastic with top quality linens, we slept very well. It's also very quiet. It was nice having two well appointed bedrooms, my wife and I brought a close friend, having a separate bedroom worked out perfectly. The primary bedroom shower is extremely nice, obviously remodeled. The rare icing on the cake is the fully enclosed garage. The owners responded to my questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

This place is spectacular! The condo had everything we needed for a clean and comfortable stay, but even better was the view and access to the private beach. Our stay was in mid-August, and the trail to the beach was ripe with blackberries. The tide-pooling at Rainbow Rock is the best we have experienced in our travels. The sea life is bountiful! And the beach itself, with the rocks and driftwood, is a playground. Would absolutely book again and again and recommend to all looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. Thank you for having us!

It is a wonderful condo with a fabulous view. It is clean, comfortable, with everything you need at hand. Our favorite plus is the covered outside porch with table and chairs overlooking the ocean and the enormous rocks rising out of the sea. We spent lots of time there. Added delights were the variety of birds in our view, including hummingbirds.The condo development is made up of modern looking multistory building groups. It is attractive, clean, and well located just outside the town of Brookings. Beaches are nearby and a trip to the Giant Redwoods is easy and so worthwhile. The inside of our condo was gorgeous. We intend to return!

The condo was everything it was advertised for., actually better. We used the garage, which was very convenient. The views from the condo were amazing. Kitchen was stocked well. We would have liked a fireplace, but it was not a big issue We would love to come back again.

Great Ocean Stay

The house was perfect for a couple of childhood friends! We loved the hike to the water. We went every day and never saw another person on the beach. The house is as pictured, and the beds were very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

Southern Oregon Coast

We had a really nice time in Brookings and the surrounding areas . We took a jet boat excursion on the Rogue , hiked around more than several beaches , and visited the Redwoods . Definitely recommend this trip !!

We had a lovely stay, the unit was just as described. It had everything we needed it was clean, had comfy beds, and very quiet. Check in and checkout was simple and easy and Jan was available for any questions we had. Bonus not having any stairs was much appreciated. My family and I would not hesitate to stay again. Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and even better than the photos. The host thought of everything — from clear check‑in instructions to thoughtful touches throughout the home. The king‑size bed and extra pillows were outstanding and made for incredibly comfortable nights.The location was perfect for exploring the area, yet quiet enough to truly relax and unwind. It’s a peaceful community, and we enjoyed great food just down the road at the harbor. A tip for future guests: learn the tides before you go. Low tide was amazing, we ventured out onto the rocks and found starfish and all kinds of little critters.We spent evenings sitting on the beach at sunset, letting life slow down. The walk down requires coordination and balance in a few spots, but it was absolutely worth it. We also drove the coast north to visit lighthouses and spent two days in the Redwoods exploring fun hiking trails.We would stay here again without hesitation. Truly a five‑star experience.
