The hot tub could have been a little hotter. There was no baby crib upon arrival but the host to care of it very quickly. The host was very responsive to all our questions in a very timely manner. We would stay here again. Thank you

There was some initial miscommunication about the check-in process, but after that was straightened out everything else was fine. The place had enough beds for our group, and the Pac-Man arcade machine kept the kids entertained. Lots of kitchen equipment, everything we needed to cook some meals instead of going out everyday. Very close to Universal Studios, about 10-15 minutes away. There was a hot tub that looked great, but we didn't end up using it. Maybe next time :)
