First floor has bedroom with full bath, kitchen, living room and 1/2 bath with laundry. Second floor has master bedroom & bath, and 3rd bedroom with two twin beds & full bath. Third floor has queen bed and 1/2 bath with dramatic views of Popponesset Bay. The house has 2 zone air conditioning and includes cable and WiFi.

Beautiful waterfront deck with conversation set and a private dock for fishing, swimming or your boat. Once on your boat, you have access to the ocean via Popponesset Bay. The dock will accommodate a 32 ft boat. Beach: The Spit is 9/10 mile. A vacation dream home.

Maximum number of guests is 8. No pets allowed.
