Whether it is day or night, you can enjoy swimming in our indoor heated saltwater pool or relaxing in the hot tub featuring high-speed jet massage. The property overlooks a prestigious golf course and is fully powered by a backup generator for your peace of mind. This luxury home features plenty of indoor entertainment options, including arcade games, air hockey, foosball, a PS5, a Nintendo Switch, family games, etc. We’re a quick 3-minute drive from South Cape Beach, Popponesset Marketplace, Mashpee Commons and near all New Seabury amenities.

**DESCRIPTION:**
The first level features a Primary Master Suite with a Queen bed and a full bathroom. Enjoy an open concept layout that includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, and family room, all with views of the pool, garden, and the golf course. There is an additional full bathroom in the pool area and a half bath in the common area. Step out onto the deck, which offers seating, a gas grill, a gas fire pit, and an outdoor shower.

On the second floor, you will find two guest bedrooms that share a full bathroom. The finished lower level includes a separate game room with a pull-out sofa, a half bath, a bar, arcade games, and more.

**POOL AND SPA TEMPERATURES:**
- The pool is maintained at a temperature of 81-82 degrees.
- The hot tub is equipped with high-speed jet massage heating to 100 degree from 9 AM to 11 PM.

**NOTES:**
- Linens are provided for the three bedrooms only. Please feel free to bring additional linens if needed.
- Our summer rentals are available from Saturday to Saturday ONLY, unless otherwise arranged with the host in advance.
- Please reach out to the host for more information about accommodating additional guests. Children are welcome!

This is a pet-free, non-smoking, and substance-free home. Parties or events are not permitted. The maximum number of cars allowed is 5, and there is strictly no parking on the street. Guests must sign a waiver to use the pool and spa. We kindly ask that you read our house rules before booking, as they will be strictly enforced. Thank you!

Another great vacation

Our family enjoyed another wonderful getaway! This was the second time we stayed at this home. And just like in February, the house and its amenities were terrific. This time, the weather was beautiful, so we were able to enjoy the outdoor deck and seating area. And used the grill a few times to prepare dinner. The owner is easy to reach and very responsive to any questions. We'll be back!

Wonderful week in a beautiful home

The home is exactly as described. Pristine, clean and beautiful! The pool was great for cooler / rainy days. Our family and especially children spent hours swimming, sitting on the back deck and enjoying a peaceful vacation. The beaches are minutes away with a long list of activities all within 30-40 minutes - whale watching! Ferry to Martha's Vineyard, etc. Wonderful places to eat nearby. Finally - I can't say enough about the responsiveness of the homeowner. Every question was addressed personally and timely.

It felt like home!

My family booked a late winter getaway to the Cape, and chose this house for the indoor pool. The house is immaculate and setup perfectly to host a family. The pool was the perfect size for us and the kids went swimming 2-3x per day. The game room was also a hit with the kids, and the adults, alike. Since we cook a lot on vacation, we were impressed by the kitchen appliances - everything in this house is top quality. And finally, Andy, our host, was extremely responsive when we had a question. He would respond almost instantly - we really felt like we were welcome in his home. We will definitely be back!
