OVERVIEW
Experience the magic of mountain town life at High Country Haus, just minutes from the incredible Snowmass Mountain. This one-bedroom, two-bathroom designer-appointed unit comes with 1,108 square feet of living space featuring vaulted wood ceilings, large picture windows, and a gourmet kitchen. Whether you are looking for a long weekend getaway or an extended WFH escape, this luxury villa is the ultimate home away from home for a couple, friends, small family, or solo travelers.

THE SPACE
Located in one of Snowmass Village's original, classic ski condo complexes built in the 1960s, High Country Haus is now a mountain-modern retreat to accommodate endless outdoor activities right outside your door.

The lower level bedroom has been converted into a home office with a pull-out, full-size futon and desk with a washer and dryer and ample closet space. The main level also features a full bathroom, gourmet kitchen, living room, and electric fireplace.

The primary bedroom, spacious walk-in closet, and full bathroom are upstairs, plus an additional dedicated office space.

There is a ladder to a third-floor loft, which is used for storage and is locked during your stay.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Enjoy meals al fresco on the private back patio with a built-in gas grill. There is also a community pool and hot tub in the complex.

SECURITY
For safety and monitoring of packages and wildlife, a Nest security camera is mounted above the front door (top left). It covers the porch and driveway only. In addition, the complex has a security camera located near the dumpster. There are no interior or pool-area surveillance devices.

Amazing stay! We loved the atmosphere and the location, perfect for enjoying Aspen. The home felt cozy yet high quality, with everything well thought out. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to relax after a full day. Truly a cozy mountain home and we would absolutely stay here again.

This property was clean, very nicely appointed, and had the best stocked kitchen we have ever seen. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, the property had a cozy, inviting feel. The one drawback to us was the road noise, as the unit sat close to the main road. It was loudest during the day, but quieted down at night.

Unit needs a dining table and is very close to Brush Creek Road making it very noisy especially in the summer when windows must be kept open for cooling. Otherwise all right.

Snowmass Village is a true mountainside paradise. It’s where locals actually live—close enough to the action, but tucked away from the crowds of downtown Aspen. A bustling community of its own, outdoor adventure, dining, and entertainment are accessible within minutes. The location behind the 5th tee of the Snowmass Club golf course, proximity to the bus/shuttle stop, trail system, and walkability to Snowmass Base Village cannot be beat. Plus, there are views from the patio, covered parking, a complex pool/hot tub, and gorgeous grounds.
