It is on the cul de sac of a gated, private Island facing out across the main, middle section of Copake Lake. The house is 115 miles or 2 hours from midtown Manhattan. It stands over 4,100 living sq ft with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a 2 car garage. Area attractions include water sports on Copake Lake, golf at Copake Country Club, a community tennis court, two pickleball courts, snow skiing at Catamount or Butternut, plus fine dining, shopping and entertainment in Hudson, NY and Great Barrington, MA.

Born and raised in Manhattan, Fred went to Fieldston High School and The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania. He worked for leading investment banking firms in New York City. He enjoys power boating, waterskiing, cycling and tennis. Fred started weekending at Copake Lake immediately after graduating from college when his best friend and he bought their first waterski boat together. Fred currently works as a realtor for The Corcoran Group.

The Island at Copake Lake represents the premier community in the region with only 15 homes on 24 secluded Island acres. The Chateau De Mo stands on the cul de sac towards the end of the Island facing the biggest, most sweeping section of the main lake. The 4,100 square foot home has an open floor plan and an oversized back deck for active family living and entertaining. Watersports, swimming and fishing off the dock provide endless family fun. A community tennis/pickleball/basketball court is just steps from the Chateau.
