Close to grocery stores, Costco, beaches, great restaurants and Cabo pickleball is a 2 minute walk away. Parking and 24 hour onsite security. Clubhouse amenities include: large infinity pool, work out facility (coming soon) and swim up pool bar table. Clubhouse office space over looking the pool infinity view is ready. **please note that the development is still in progress**
