The place was very clean and very very new. There was still the stickers from original packaging on the TV and some appliances. Apparently the laundry room is locked and you are only given access if you stay 4 nights. This was not made clear when booking. I was also under the impression that I was renting the whole house and that the second bedroom could be rented if I chose so. However, j found out that there would be a person I didn't know who rented out the slate bedroom. Luckily, the owner had locks on the bedroom doors with individual keys. So it was basically like college living, but with more security. The neighborhood was nice and lots of families! The only other thing is there was no hand towel on the bathroom. And you are only provided one bath towel per guest, even if staying multiple nights. Clean, well kept, and property manager was very responsive. I think the actual listing should be adjusted a little bit for those details. Definitely a nice place to stay though and I enjoyed my time!

The space seemed brand new, everything was in great shape. The outside was still maybe a little unfinished, our step into the house was just a palate, and they were actively doing some landscaping outside, but you could tell it was a work in progress, not a property that wasn’t being kept up. The inside was very nice and neat. It advertised a washer/dryer, and there were a couple of locked closets that might have had that but I never saw laundry… we didn’t need it as we were only staying one night, but I did not find it. There were no hand towels in the bathroom, but I found a kitchen towel that we used and there was only one bath towel, even though our reservation was for 2 people. It was not a problem, but it did say towels included, it would have been 5 stars across the board but for that. The only other thing that was a little odd, there were 2 bedrooms, both with locks and 2 separate sets of keys - maybe that would be in case there were 3 or 4 people on the reservation, but in wasn’t clear if the kitchen/ bathroom/ living might have been common space and if there might have been others staying there. But no one else arrived, so it was fine, we just weren’t sure if we could leave our stuff in the common area. We just kept our stuff in the bedroom that locked securely.Off street parking in the driveway, neighborhood was nice.
