Cherry Haus - Near Downtown TC, Wineries, Bike Trail, Walk to Beach

Cherry Haus is 3 blocks from Lake Michigan, the TART Trail, and just moments from downtown and the Mission Peninsula. Showered in natural lighting - our TC Home is furnished with inspiration from the Midcentury, Palm Springs, & summer fun up North. The unique common spaces and giant backyard are perfect for a girls weekend or family getaway. Nearby wineries and Traverse City attractions will not disappoint. We'll be as communicative or hands-off as desired.

We are here to make your stay feel like home - feel free to contact us with any questions, and we hope you enjoy your time in beautiful Northern Michigan!

Guests have access to the whole home during their stay.

The driveways can accommodate a about 6 cars. All vehicles, boats and trailers must be parked in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. Please do not park in the church lot across the street.

The home is situated on one of the largest lots in the area. There is an enormous fenced in backyard that includes several towering Oak trees, a fire pit, and outdoor eating area. Each common space is curated for great times with friends and family - the kitchen, game room, three season room, and living room are special places we hope you and yours can make memories.

The house comes furnished with board games, bikes, and a full kitchen. We love that it is walking distance to a grocery store for last minute munchies!

Please do note that this home is located in a quieter residential neighborhood and sound carries easily in the backyard.

Our family stayed at Cherry Haus while visiting Traverse City to see friends. We liked the house a lot and it was just a short drive to get to downtown TC. It’s in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It’s worth noting that the air conditioning unit is in the bunk room, so we had to keep it low so our child wouldn’t be too cold sleeping in there. The pillows are pretty hard, so consider bringing your own pillow if you prefer softer pillows.

This was a great spot to stay. Close to town and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with lots of great items, and I really appreciate having stainless steel pots and pans to use instead of Teflon ones with cut marks and flakes. The coated pans they did have looked brand new. I also appreciate NOT walking into a house that has a scented plug-in in every room! Thank you!!! The beds and pillows were super comfy as well.

Property is in a great location. We had a great week overall. House was as described. With plenty of room for our group of 3 adults, 4 teens and and 1 kid. One bathroom was kind of rough with a big group, but we made it work.I personally enjoyed waking up every morning and reading in the back yard. Lots of squirrels and birds made for great entertainment. We loved the game room, which has several games available (and poker chips)! Hosts were quick to respond to messages. Overall would recommend this place and would return!
