We’re disappointed to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations, especially since we had no indication during your stay that anything was wrong. We would’ve been more than happy to address any concerns in real time had we been made aware. We also want to note that we were in communication with you both before and during your stay—including a check-in message after your first night—to ensure everything was going smoothly. We did not receive any response indicating that there were issues, and we always prioritize fast, helpful service whenever guests reach out. As for the pool, it is regularly serviced by professionals and, on occasion, treatments must be done during guest stays to maintain cleanliness and safety. That said, we understand how this could feel disruptive, and we’re working with the pool team to ensure all visits are better communicated moving forward. The trash issue has also been addressed and solved we’re actively working on continuing the cleanliness and organization of trash. We genuinely regret that we weren’t given the opportunity to make things right during your visit and wish your experience had been more reflective of the standard we work hard to uphold.
