All quality linens, dishes, kitchenware are here for you, just bring your bag. Very quiet and tranquil, small complex housing only 33 units 4 floo[rs garage 1st floor. Designated spot in secure garage. Entry to building has serene waterfall with a security door only allowing entry to those with key or security code to enter.

Our condo is walking distance to many beaches, 1 block away from Vons and Jonathons Grocery, restaurants, shops, and every Sunday walk across the street to La Jolla's famous farmers market to buy flowers,fresh fruits, and vegetables. Condo’s cross street Girard is lined with fashion stores connecting to Prospect Street which has the best restaurants and the most breathtaking ocean views. Nice apartment, good location

I enjoyed my stay, the apartment complex is conveniently located to La Jolla village and beaches, about a 15 minute walk. It has all the conveniences, dishwasher, laundry, designated parking spot. It’s a very quiet and pleasant building.

Location Location Location!!!

If you want to stay in La Jolla Village this is the place you want to stay!! Within walking distance to everything. Very quiet location. Farmers market is held just across the street every Sunday morning. The included parking spot comes in handy if you have a car but, with this location a car really isn't necessary for getting around La Jolla. Cathie is super easy to deal with, I never had any problems or issues during my three month stay there. I will definitely be coming back for another stay in the future.

Convenient condo in the village!

We had a fabulous two months in the beautiful village of La Jolla. The condo was very comfortable for the two of us, and exactly as described. The location could not have been better - blocks to everything we needed and enjoyed. The ocean was a 10 minute walk with amazing beaches that were hardly populated. We walked for groceries, the gym and dinners out. We didn't have a vehicle, but didn't need one. Access is ideal, as is the SD transit system. We truly enjoyed our stay, and escaping the Canadian winter in La Jolla.

Perfect Stay - Quiet, Comfortable and Close to Everything

This is our second time renting an apartment in La Jolla so we know the area quite well. After previously spending a sleepless summer at La Jolla Shores - I knew we wanted to be in the Village within walking distance to shops, grocery store,playground and beach. This apartment is perfect for 2 people. It is really well furnished with top of the line appliances (washer and dryer were fantastic) and everything you might need for a home away from home. The apartment is very quiet - which is so important when you just want to relax. There is an amazing Farmers Market every Sunday across the street and having a permanent underground parking space was a bonus. The owner was very quick to respond to any issue/query and I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting La Jolla. While it is not right on the beach - it is a quick 10 minute walk - or 3 minute drive to Wind and Sea. Easy access to the highway and only 10 minutes to La Jolla Shores.
