One of my favorite things about the condo is exactly what you described, those quiet mornings on the lanai with coffee and the peaceful walks along Sugar Beach before most of the island is awake. Maʻalaea really is such a special spot because it stays relaxed and uncrowded while still being perfectly central to everything Maui has to offer. The afternoons around the spa can definitely become a little more lively at times, especially when families and groups gather after a day out exploring the island.
