Had a wonderful stay at this slice of island paradise! The condo was clean and well appointed with beach gear, kitchen equipment, and temperature control for our stay. The shared pool was a lovely respite from the windy beach - just a block's walk away. We enjoyed the beautiful floral trees off the balcony and the view from the stairs. Very easy access, even for those with some mobility issues.

Cozy place

Check in was easy and the apartment was clean. Pool is a short walk away and water is warm so the family loved it. Beach is also close by. It felt like home for a week and wished we could have stayed longer!

Comfortable and Great Location!

We were two friends traveling together and enjoyed each having our own room and bathroom. The beds were comfortable, A/C was cold, good wifi, nice pool/hot tub, great proximity to beaches and restaurants, laundry/dishwasher in unit, pleasant and easy to communicate with host. Wonderful stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Jerry's piece of paradise. It was so easy to communicate with owner and we never had any issues. The condo was very clean upon arrival, beds were very comfortable, we woke up well rested ready for more adventures or relaxation. We found the kitchen well stocked with utensils and cookware. We can't wait for a return trip to this piece of paradise.

We stayed for 2 weeks , very comfortable, great beds, well equipped. We appreciate the beach chairs and boogie boards. The condo stayed cool with no need to use the air conditioning. Accommodations were great and as described. Kitchen had everything we needed to feel at home. Was nice to have dish soap, laundry detergent stocked. Easy walk to beach and centrally located in Kihei. Note: there are 6 steps after you get off the elevator at the 4th floor.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the place. Great location. Very clean. Provided beach equipment such as chairs, umbrella, and cooler bag which was very convenient and useful. Communication was good. Unfortunately WiFi was not working during our entire stay but that’s due to ISP problems, atleast the TV worked and there were good channels. overall would recommend for sure if staying in Kihei !!

Family Vacation

This condo is in a great location and is clean. All the items needed for a great beach vacation were included. If you plan to cook a lot, I recommend getting a knife from Ross or the cheap Costco pack because all the knives are dull. Other than that, it's an excellent place for a small family.

Property was perfect for our needs . Very clean and close to all amenities . Only downside was not enough parking close up . We ended up with 2 vehicles and parking was a fair walk each time . Other than that I would definitely visit again !! Aloha

Fun Time, Excellent Location, Fully Equipped

We stayed at Jerry and Betty's condo for 2 weeks in Dec 2014. It was excellent, fully equipped and very comfortable, clean and modern. Jerry was excellent to deal with and the VRBO process was painless. The location is great, we rented a car but one really does not need to given the prime location. It was home away from home, already planning our return. Tracy British Columbia Canada.

We vacationed here (Pacific Shores, Kihei) previously and loved it. Wonderful vacation rental, family friendly. Friendly full time and part time residents, plus great vacation guests. You truly feel like you are staying in paradise.

What makes this property unique

Located on top floor, with great tropical breeze, Central tri-zone Air Condition, very quiet corner unit, with lots of lush landscaping. Across the street from Charley Young Beach, (Kamaole I, II and III nearby), with the most amazing sunsets different every night.
