THE DRIFTWOOD DIFFERENCE
As you enter any of Driftwood Properties` locations, you`ll be greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine from Fess Parker Winery along with 2-1 wine tasting cards, exclusive access to local discounts at a variety of locations, and free workouts at CycleBar Santa Barbara if anyone is looking for a little health & wellness treat! Upon booking you`ll receive full access to the Driftwood Club, an exclusive guest only experience featuring local discounts, free amenities and more!
We are partnered with local in-home massage therapists, facial experts and private chefs for anyone looking to enhance their vacation during their stay!
Private access to home inside a gated community with direct steps down to the beach! Please be aware there are two neighbors and a shared lower deck area near the steps to the beach.
Lower deck is available on the left-hand side near the steps.
Our Property Manager Aidan will meet you directly at the home to welcome you into your stay!

- Strict Quiet Hours 9pm - 8am. There are two elderly neighbors and keeping noise levels down during this time is essential for our home and guests.
- If you enjoy the beach, please wipe off/spray sand outside before entering the home
- No parties or smoking at the home are tolerated
- ABSOLUTELY NO BONFIRES ALLOWED ON THE BEACH. This is a high fire zone.
- The right side of the common area deck in the backyard is prohibited. - - -- Please stay on the left side where the stairs are. There is a nice round table available for your stay on the deck below.
- Any outside guests on the reservation are required to fill out a liability form.
*Failure to comply with house rules can result in additional charges or removal from the home.
